There are 3 things for you to be aware of to be able to understand and recognize when you are "UPSET"

1. Being UPSET means a lack of communication to other people or subordinates.
2. Being UPSET is a thwarted intention. You have set your goals and plans but unfortunately, things don't happen along the way.
3. Being UPSET is giving more expectations to other people. We tend to be upset if they did not comprehend on your details or instructions.
